We’re back with another tasty recipe in collaboration with Jessika (@wholesome_hearty_eats). This super easy and delicious Greek wrap recipe has us stoked about eating plant-based lunches! It only takes a few minutes to through together, and it’s packed with flavour. Highly recommend giving it a try!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oyster mushrooms (or any mushroom of choice)
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 large pita
Spice Blend:
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Toppings:
- Justo’s Plant-Based
- Tzatziki
- Chopped cucumbers
- Sweet peppers
- Greens of choice
- Diced red onion
- Vegan feta crumbles (optional)
Instructions:
- Sauté avocado oil, mushrooms, and spice blend on medium heat until soft.
- Add cooked mushrooms to a warm pita.
- Top with plant-based tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, greens of choice, diced onions, and vegan feta if desired.
