Plant-Based Oyster Mushroom Greek Wrap

We’re back with another tasty recipe in collaboration with Jessika (@wholesome_hearty_eats). This super easy and delicious Greek wrap recipe has us stoked about eating plant-based lunches! It only takes a few minutes to through together, and it’s packed with flavour. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oyster mushrooms (or any mushroom of choice)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 large pita

Spice Blend:

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Toppings:
  • Justo’s Plant-Based
  • Tzatziki
  • Chopped cucumbers
  • Sweet peppers
  • Greens of choice
  • Diced red onion
  • Vegan feta crumbles (optional)

Instructions:

  • Sauté avocado oil, mushrooms, and spice blend on medium heat until soft.
  • Add cooked mushrooms to a warm pita.
  • Top with plant-based tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, greens of choice, diced onions, and vegan feta if desired.
